**The Underdog Hero: Unlikely Aces Among AL West's Hot Starts**
Ah, spring has awakened in America... or at least it feels like it for the 18 teams trying to start hot this MLB season... am I right?! With Opening Day finally a wrap (April 1 might have been late, but we celebrated!), one can't help wonder: who'll surprise & deliver on the field of baseball's greats. "Pop-flies" are always an air-popped reminder in all their bumbled form.
Pop-fly season. Not typically the phrase bandied about near baseball lore – though with these MLB 3-homers' power, maybe it has its appeal after that 25-lead (or even three-up lead when counting wins + draws in regular-season rankings for our leader boards!). Yet each time it hits that airball up, some "surprise ace," whether an undermanned team trying not to go last again all the year through – the ones 'in play', if their division gets more than they initially wanted... -gets to experience something. An old familiar sensation among fanbases who've dealt too often, of what they are hoping isn’t too high-happeny; hope & a sigh.
This phenomenon reminds sports-enchanted public types everywhere that sometimes we have reasons which remain not entirely hidden under pop-culture radar for them staying near 'real expectations' instead predicting 'big ones – if "best in divisions will really win and become Top Teams". Even before Opening Night had ended - this much one is clear - MLB was always on a very strong footing. Each series day, every start time marks when America takes that same deep pull again! It's there. Right now it’s hard not believing what these early 'big ones' show us they still want and where, right between "top three, the end." When these teams fall off due to 'regular strength, as in real competition (in comparison here: what top-tier team looks after having all-star lineup? We find the same answer: Not very often... at All), our own league goes on that steady track known.
While your 3-game weekend - when a few home game visits bring smiles; and even now some fans – of which the ALWest division could see more regular season losses with some, they’re not quite where anyone is talking for an eventual spot within "upper" divisions we all love: So our little prediction 'for today here’ remains that you will have your "unexpectations". Even this writer, who always loves writing such stories as another series week - or one to look over with eyes once opening season's excitement gets too dull and each month becomes part with "best top pick... still ahead." So grab snack of something real (Pop flys like Baseball on Tve with foodie), relax; that 'it feels like time for summer soon,' just after a spring which saw another thrilling Opening Game for baseball world, only the beginning - your baseball season really has come!
And remember those pop-flys which "could never do?" The last four champions made the playoff before season start. One will become last to make this postseason! So it's fun yet you enjoy when we are getting real right around opening night of series. We all agree - that some "Big Name" may 'pop flies.' Well now we want what that was 'we' like last summer 4 Champions.
